InvestorFy was built by two real people—Kayla and David—who’ve lived every version of the hustle: parents, students, entrepreneurs, 9-to-5 workers, and first-time investors with no family money or real estate background. We didn’t grow up in this world—we figured it out the hard way.
Over time, we found a strategy that works, and now we’re here to teach it and fund it. InvestorFy exists to help people who are exactly where we were not long ago—ready to start, unsure how, and wishing someone would just make it clear. That’s what we do: educate, empower, and fund the next wave of investors.
InvestorFy is proudly rooted in Sacramento, where we’re building from the ground up at Aggie Square—UC Davis’ hub for innovation, research, and long-term economic growth. David’s perspective is shaped by his experience in Detroit and watching the city’s redevelopment story unfold. Seeing what happens when civic institutions, entrepreneurs, and capital align over time. That lens is why we’re committed to helping Sacramento scale responsibly and attract durable investment. InvestorFy serves both early-stage investors who need clarity and a trusted path forward, and institutional partners pursuing larger private and public transactions that require disciplined structuring, governance, and execution.

Kayla Nabhi
Designated AML/BSA Officer
Kayla Nabhi is the compliance backbone of InvestorFy LLC, leading the design, implementation, and oversight of all regulatory programs. Kayla holds a BA in International Relations from University of Southern California and is obtaining her Master’s in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine. She has also worked with the United Nations in Washington, DC.

David Webb II is the strategic force behind InvestorFy LLC, overseeing investment strategy, funder relations, and operational governance. David sold his first business in 2021, holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, & Law from University of Southern California and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine. He has also worked with the Missile Defense Agency in Washington, DC
