InvestorFy was built by two real people—Kayla and David—who’ve lived every version of the hustle: parents, students, entrepreneurs, 9-to-5 workers, and first-time investors with no family money or real estate background. We didn’t grow up in this world—we figured it out the hard way.
Over time, we found a strategy that works, and now we’re here to teach it and fund it. InvestorFy exists to help people who are exactly where we were not long ago—ready to start, unsure how, and wishing someone would just make it clear. That’s what we do: educate, empower, and fund the next wave of investors.

Founded by David Webb II and Kayla Nabhi, InvestorFy was created by people who understand the challenges of securing capital for the first time. Their vision is to simplify lending and empower new investors through education and real-world experience.
Co-Founder & Compliance Officer
Kayla Nabhi (Designated AML/BSA Officer)
Kayla Nabhi is the compliance backbone of InvestorFy LLC, leading the design, implementation, and oversight of all regulatory programs. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to examiner-grade documentation, she ensures InvestorFy’s operations exceed both California CFL and federal standards. She manages the firm’s AML/BSA program, Business Continuity Plan, and regulatory evidence repository—serving as the designated officer for audits and incident response.
A graduate of the University of Southern California (BA) and currently pursuing her MA in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, Kayla combines analytical rigor with human insight in her leadership approach. Her focus on vendor risk management, training, and governance reflects her philosophy of proactive compliance and scalable integrity.As both a co-founder and strategic partner, Kayla’s work is foundational to InvestorFy’s mission of empowering investors through trust and compliance.

David Webb (Strategic Architect | Commercial Lending Specialist)
David Webb II is the strategic force behind InvestorFy LLC, overseeing investment strategy, funder relations, and operational governance. With a background in retail entrepreneurship and a strong transition into finance and compliance, David brings examiner-grade precision to every aspect of InvestorFy’s lending framework.He leads underwriting standards, partner onboarding, and documentation processes to ensure every deal meets the highest level of transparency, scalability, and investor confidence.
Holding a BA from the University of Southern California and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, David is also a licensed real estate professional in Oklahoma. His experience in real estate transactions, investor education, and deal structuring enables him to create funding solutions that are both practical and powerful.As Co-Managing Partner, David blends strategic insight with hands-on execution—driving InvestorFy’s commitment to compliant, resilient, and future-proof lending solutions.
