In addition to Owning The Block, InvestorFy LLC supports qualified real estate investors and project sponsors through commercial financing coordination, capital-readiness preparation, and strategic relationship development. InvestorFy LLC arranges commercial financing between borrowers and licensed lenders and does not make loans or extend credit directly. InvestorFy LLC also proudly collaborates with organizations like CLTRE where missions align around community development, anti-displacement, sustainability, inclusive economic participation, and long-term neighborhood stewardship

You'll need a purchase contract or LOI, pro forma or rent roll, sponsor financials, property statements, and photos. These documents help us evaluate your deal efficiently.
Do you fund directly?
InvestorFy LLC does not provide direct funding. InvestorFy LLC is a commercial finance broker that arranges commercial financing between borrowers and licensed lenders and does not make loans or extend credit directly
Is my document upload secure?
Absolutely. We encrypt all files in storage and protect them with TLS during transit. Your documents are only used to evaluate your funding request.
How quickly will I get a response?
You'll receive an immediate confirmation after submission. Our team reviews your file within 48 hours, and you can expect a term sheet within 3–5 business days once we have a complete intake.
What fees will I need to pay?
All fees are clearly disclosed in your term sheet. Typical items include origination, documentation, and processing fees. No hidden costs.
